At Hilan Hotel, I led the transformation of a traditional hospitality structure into a modern, high-performance operation, redefining the guest experience in Rafsanjan and repositioning the property within the regional hospitality market.

Beyond the physical renovation, I architected and deployed a comprehensive management and control system built on advanced cost-control methodologies, data-driven performance management, and end-to-end operational optimization. This system enabled measurable improvements in efficiency, strengthened financial discipline, enhanced decision-making at all management levels, and delivered a consistently higher standard of service across all departments.

The transformation not only improved profitability and operational resilience but also established a scalable management framework capable of supporting long-term growth, brand positioning, and sustainable service excellence.

City Card

Founder & Program Lead | Malaysia

City Card was a city-wide discount card program founded and executed by me in Malaysia, designed to create a win–win connection between local businesses and urban consumers.

The card was sold directly to the public and allowed holders to receive real discounts ranging from 10% to 50% at participating shops, restaurants, and service providers.

Our business model replaced traditional advertising fees with performance-driven promotion. Instead of paying cash for marketing, partner businesses received broad exposure through our billboards, social media campaigns, print media, and on-ground promotions. In return, they offered exclusive discounts to City Card holders, driving measurable customer traffic and increased sales.

City Card was offered in three tiers — Standard, Gold, and Platinum — each priced differently and designed to provide progressively higher discount levels to meet diverse customer needs.

This project demonstrates my experience in business model innovation, brand development, partnership strategy, and end-to-end program execution within a real urban market.

The platform is designed around a driver-only model, enabling the deployment of professional drivers independently of vehicle ownership. This approach creates new operational flexibility, improves cost efficiency, and supports diverse service configurations across mobility ecosystems.

Built for global scalability and regulatory adaptability, DOP is positioned as a versatile framework capable of supporting a wide range of driver-centric mobility services, fleet collaborations, and premium transportation use cases.

Led the development and operation of franchise restaurants, including Reyhan Persian&Arabic Restaurant and Umbrella Pizza, overseeing concept launch, day-to-day operations, and franchise execution in the Malaysian market.
